Disability Facilities –
This practice is designed for wheelchair access and we have wheelchairs available if required. Should you have special needs, please discuss them with your doctor. We also have wheelchair toilet facilities.
Translating and Interpreting Services are available through this practice.
Remind/Recall System –
We have in place a computerised recall system. You will be reminded to attend the surgery for an appointment if your doctor feels that it is appropriate. Please advise your doctor if you do not wish to participate in the recall/reminder system. On Site Pathology – All blood tests and other forms of pathology can be collected by the staff at QML, which is another great service conveniently located at the practice.
Information Brochures – We have a lot of brochures and leaflets for your perusal. The brochure stands are in the waiting area. If you cannot find the relevant information, please ask our friendly staff who will be able to assist you.
The Mum & Bub Hub will begin opening to the public in 2018.
